Simple, transparent pricing for the MerchStorz™ platform and the services around it. Pay only for what you use, with one monthly operational invoice covering your platform subscription, storage and fulfilment.
Products
We help you build and maintain a tailored range of branded merchandise, sourcing and quoting new products whenever you introduce new lines or need to replenish existing stock.
Products are invoiced when they arrive into our warehouse and become part of your available inventory, rather than being included within your monthly operational invoice.
Platform Subscription
The subscription also includes administration, product photography, image creation and ongoing content management at no additional cost.
Users Monthly Subscription:
- 1–10 £45.00
- 11–24 £75.00
- 25+ £137.00
(Euro equivalent for EU sites.)
Storage
Storage is charged monthly according to the warehouse space you use.
- £40.95 per pallet per month
- Minimum charge: one pallet
- Euro equivalent for EU sites
Fulfilment
Charged only when orders are dispatched. Includes:
- Pick & Pack
- Packaging
- Courier Charges
The more you ship, the higher the fulfilment cost. If demand falls, your fulfilment costs naturally reduce.
One monthly operational invoice
Subscription, storage and fulfilment charges are combined into a single monthly invoice for each territory.
Product purchases are invoiced separately when stock arrives into our warehouse.
Included as standard
Your monthly subscription is more than just access to the MerchStorz platform. It also includes the ongoing administration needed to keep your store accurate, up to date and looking professional.

- Adding new products
- Updating existing products
- Ongoing system updates
There are no additional charges for product photography, image creation or routine content management.
